PDI has recently invested in IT to provide on-line order entry. This feature eliminates administrative time and the chance for errors due to repetitive data input. Other features include load tracking, order tracking, and automated reporting via e-mail. Further to this PDI is working to provide on-line inventories for all rail terminals / warehouses throughout our Canada-wide network. These innovations will provide our customers with the ability to view inventories, real time, and place an order.
